4-Steps Hiring Flow

1. Get-to-know Call
After we’ve received your application & CV, the first step is a short 15-30 minute call to get to know each other and match your and our expectations for the role.
2. Role related Interview
In the second step members of the team interview you concerning your career, your craft and your ideas. This might include a little hands-on task as well.
3. Meet the Founders
Before we make you an offer, you get to know the founders in a casual chat about you, us, the team, awork and our future vision.
4. Get an Offer
After everyone you met from the team wants to work with you (and the other way around) we’ll make you an offer in form of a work contract.
