My customer has registered without using the referral link. What can I do?

Send us an email to [email protected] and we will manually add the recruited team to the system. In principle, the Ambassador program is suitable for you if you like awork and would like to earn some extra money with your recommendations. This works especially well if you even come from a creative or consulting field yourself.

Why can’t I see my registrations and / or rewards?

Our tracking is based on browser cookies. So if you used a different browser or device from the visit to sign-up, deleted your cookies, enabled incognito mode, or signed-up using your own referral link, the sign-up may not be tracked. If you are 100% sure that the sign-up or booking was not tracked correctly, contact our referral platform provider.

When do I get paid?

All withdrawals are processed on a monthly basis. We will send you an email when the withdrawal is completed.
